Based in the north valley of Etna, the climate is continental, unforgiving and snow covered in winter, but very hot and sun-drenched from july to september. Certified organic with some biodynamic practices in place, Frank is in perfect harmony with his terroir, he knew the best way to show the powerful minerality which comes from the volcanic sous-sol was to make natural wines with no intervention.
